To help you maximise your chance of recovery we will put together an individualised rehabilitation plan for you to improve flexibility and condition your body.
We offer rehab for low back, neck and shoulder problems.
Research tells us that exercise is one of the best remedies for back pain and that getting going again at a comfortable pace can be crucial to getting you back to your best.
To start, Hedd will go through with you your history of the movements, exercises and activities that you are struggling with and put together a plan. There will be a blend of relaxation, flexibility and strength exercises.
You will then receive your personalised exercise package, including videos of your exercises to help you do them yourself at home with the confidence that your technique is correct. These exercises are available via the app we use at Clinig Corff Ystwyth, Physiapp. We will provide you with free access to the app.
Our personal trainer, Katja, will then monitor your progress as you set up regular on-line meetings with her to go through your exercise plan, making amendments where needed, and progressing you to the next level when you are ready.
Initial consultation, assessment and exercise prescription with Hedd Piper BSc DC MRCC: 60 minutes, £75
Follow up rehabilitation sessions with Katja Birkett BSc Sports & Exercise Science: 30 minutes, £20

Step 2) Download and install the free (and free to use) Physiapp
Step 3) Call us on 01970 611190 to arrange an appointment
Step 4) Prepare for your consultation. Set up your PC or laptop in a well lit, quiet room. Make sure your internet connection is good.
This session is likely to involve talking, moving and following instructions on how do some relaxation techniques and gentle exercises – so wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Step 6) We will discuss the next appointment and can schedule it.
All appointments need to be paid for on booking with refunds only given if the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
